Health Screening
It is a recommendation at Sportslink that all new members undergo a health screening assessment before they use the gym. Memebrs are advised to get a medical check up before commencing with a programme of exercise.
Instructors are available to advise you on the use of all equipment. Book in for an induction at reception.
Fitness Assessment
In the interest of member's health and well being, Sportslink recommend that you avail of a fitness assessment. This is the most effective way in achieving your goals for an active lifestyle.
