Boxercise - A fast moving class that packs a powerful punch
Spinning - spin away those calories to a fitter, leaner you!
Pilates - focus on your bodies core strength and stability
Aqua Aerobics - exercise to music in sportslink's 25 meter pool
Circuits -with personal coaching in a motivating group environment. For novice or athlete, this is the exercise class for ultimate results
Teen Class - Varied Class designed for 12-16 year olds
Begin to Spin - designed to introduce you to indoor cycling
Tai-Bo - The focus and strength of boxing with the grace and rhythm of dance
Abs & Tone -A toning class with a focus on the stomach muscles
Pump & Tone - Great music, great class atmosphere and your choice of barbell weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
Zumba - Combining Latin and International Music Beats with exciting cance moves. Its the latest fitness craze.
Cardio Mix - Cardio workout with two intervals guaranteed to provide an effective way to burn calories and increase fitness levels.
B.T.T. - BTT stands for Bums, Tums and Thighs. This is a 30min class aimed at tightening up the named areas. This class is specifically designed for the above areas all exercises can be done with out equipment. A great way to feel good about yourself and these loose areas.
